USE CASES · WHERE IT IS ACCEPTED

Tailored to the receiving body

Visa officers and bank credit teams read statements line by line — dates, amounts and balances must match the original exactly, with nothing summarised away.

01

Study visa funds

The UK, US, Australia and Canada set explicit rules on statement period and amount; the translation must match the bank original transaction by transaction.

02

Tourist and business visas

Proof of financial capacity for Schengen, Japanese and Korean visa files, usually submitted together with the employment certificate and itinerary.

03

Immigration source of funds

Investment and skilled immigration require the source of funds and transaction trail to be explained; the translation must support the accumulation process.

04

Overseas mortgages and property

Income and asset proof for overseas mortgage approval, where the bank checks salary credits and balance levels.

Statement translation lives or dies on line-by-line accuracy

Visa officers and credit teams check dates, amounts and balances against the original; any summary or omission invites a request for further documents. We translate every row, exactly as printed.

  • Transaction date, description, counterparty, amount, currency and balance translated row by row — like items never merged
  • Amount formats kept identical with the original — thousands separators and decimal places untouched, no exchange-rate conversion
  • Bank names use the official English name; branches follow the official rendering or pinyin with a note
  • Original table row order and page count preserved, with the officially registered stamp and translator’s declaration
PROCESS · HOW IT WORKS

Four steps, all from your desk

A clear scan of the statement is all we need — no originals. You approve the draft before stamping, we post the hard copy by courier and send the PDF at the same time.

01

Send the statement

Scan or photograph the bank-stamped statement, noting the visa type or receiving body and the period that must be covered.

02

Quote & confirmation

A price and turnaround within 30 minutes, charged per page with stamping included at no extra cost; rush orders are scheduled first.

03

Translation & review

The translator works from the original and a second person re-checks dates, amounts and balances row by row before the draft comes to you.

04

Stamping & delivery

Typeset, printed and stamped with the official translation seal; hard copy shipped and PDF sent simultaneously, ready for submission.

Not in Shenzhen? We still handle it

Wherever you are in China, send scans of the statement by email or WeChat and keep the original — the PDF arrives first and the stamped hard copy is couriered to your city. Full process, pricing and courier rules →

FAQ · COMMON QUESTIONS

Bank statement translation Q&A

How many months of statements does a visa need?
Requirements differ by country. UK study visas generally require a recently issued deposit certificate meeting the holding-period rule; the US, Australia and Canada commonly ask for three to six months of statements. Follow the receiving body’s current checklist — we translate whatever period you supply.
Do I need the bank-stamped original?
For translation purposes a clear scan is enough, but what you submit to the visa centre must be the bank-stamped original or electronic receipt. We recommend printing the stamped statement at the bank first, then sending it to us for translation.
My statement runs to many pages. Can only the summary be translated?
We advise against it. Visa reviewers spot-check individual transactions, and a summary-only translation is easily judged incomplete. If the page count is high, confirm with the receiving body whether excerpts are acceptable, and keep the full original for inspection.
How are amounts and currencies handled?
Every transaction is translated as printed, keeping the currency symbol and decimal places; foreign-currency accounts carry the full currency name, and where needed a translator’s note states the exchange-rate source. We never convert amounts on our own initiative.
Does my bank have an official English name?
Major banks all have official English names, and we use those first. Local banks and branches follow the official rendering or pinyin with a note, keeping the translation consistent with the statement header.
