Why our stamped translations are accepted

Certified documents differ from ordinary translations: the receiving authority needs to know both that the translation is accurate and that the issuing party can be held accountable. Every stamped translation we issue contains the full elements of responsibility.

  • An official translation stamp showing the company name and registration number
  • The translator's name, credentials, translation date and contact details
  • A Declaration of Translation, adjustable to the receiving authority's format
  • Copies of the business licence and translation qualifications, stamped for verification

FAQ · COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions about certified translation

Do I need to provide the original document?
Usually not. Clear photos or scans are sufficient for translation and stamping; if an individual authority (such as some consulates) requires the original to be checked, we will let you know at the quotation stage.
Does a stamped translation have legal validity?
The official translation stamp certifies that the translation was produced by a registered translation agency, and it serves as valid language proof for embassies, immigration offices, vehicle authorities, universities and banks. Whether further notarisation is required depends on the specific receiving authority; we can also supply translations to meet notary-office requirements.
I need it urgently — is rush service available?
Yes. Standard documents are generally completed within one working day; rush orders can deliver the electronic version the same day, with the hard copy shipped according to courier speed. Same-city courier is available within Shenzhen.
Can you handle clients in other cities or countries?
Yes — we serve clients worldwide. Documents are transferred online, payment is made online and stamped hard copies are shipped internationally by courier. We regularly serve clients across China and overseas Chinese-speaking communities.
How is the price calculated?
Document translation is generally charged per item, with stamping included; additional languages, multiple copies or complex formatting are quoted separately. Simply send us the document for an accurate quote within 30 minutes.
