Allocate translation assignments to suitable linguists, plan delivery schedules, track handovers and control project quality, progress and costs; liaise with department heads and clients to understand requirements and resolve any project issues; oversee pre- and post-translation checks and proofreading, and manage document formatting and reporting.

At least three years’ translation or revision experience within a specialist subject area; fluent written English and Chinese, with strong editing skills; proficient in CAT tools such as Trados and Wordfast; responsible and quality-conscious, with excellent communication and a collaborative approach.

Bachelor’s degree or above from a recognised university-level institution specialising in foreign languages; languages: Japanese, Korean, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Thai, Malay, Indonesian and Arabic; familiarity with specialist fields such as telecommunications, IT, nuclear power, the automotive industry, legal, the energy and power sector, machinery, finance and literature; dependable availability, strong professional ethics and personal integrity.

Bachelor’s degree or above with at least one year’s work experience; approachable, with strong communication skills; confident using standard office software; diligent, proactive and results-driven; quick-thinking and adaptable, with a flair for business development; thrives on challenging work.

Bachelor’s degree or above in an English-related discipline, with TEM-8 proficiency; professional demeanour, clear and accurate English pronunciation and outstanding bilingual delivery; at least two years’ simultaneous interpreting experience across a range of fields; extensive international-conference interpreting experience and the confidence to handle unexpected situations on site.
